my-milieu-too Here’s what I heard today on the Grizzly Bear Egg Cafe Podcast from a few days ago.
In 1985 Star Trek Novel #24, The Killing Time, was recalled right after publication and 50 changes were made to remove the blatant Kirk/Spock homoerotic subtext of the novel and it was reprinted. Holy Grail of Spirk fiction?
Someone somewhere has to have a copy of the original.

GIVE IT TO ME NOW!!!!
